This gelato is so delicious! The staff are so friendly, offering tasters in an flavour you have an interest in. Their flavours do vary but there is always great ones available. I had to dark chocolate sorbet and it was so yum and so refreshing! My mum had the lemon and basil and was very impressed! (unfortunately didn't get a photo of that one)
Very good ice cream. In total I tried 7 different flavors. (Shared with my boyfriend) 😁 My favorites were Pistachio, Dulce de Leche and White Chocolate Raspberry. As a small sidenote: the portion size felt a little on the smaller side considering the price.
I really enjoyed all the flavors I tried, but the White Chocolate Raspberry was my favorite 🤩. The shop is centrally located, with friendly owners and delicious products. We’ll be coming back 👍🏽.

The portions are a bit small, but for the quality, flavor, and considering it’s in a touristy area, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I also tried the hazelnut, and it had that perfect white Kinder Bueno flavor that not every place gets right. After a year in Buenos Aires it is a bit difficult to find really good ice cream in other places in the world. But Gula blew my mind. The taste and texture were 20 out of 5 stars. I got pistachio and hazelnut and just disappeared from this world for a minute. So creamy and the intense flavor of the nuts 🌰 and the salty note of the pistachio… I might go every day I’m here just for these two flavors.

Quite simple THE BEST ice cream in Faro...and possibly anywhere! A nice range of flavours and yes, the pistachio is incredible! Don't do Faro without giving this place a visit!
Some of the best ice cream we’ve had. They let us try flavours before choosing, which was great. Vegan options were available and actually good — not just an afterthought. Worth a visit.
Not only the ice cream is marvellous, but also the coffee. I ordered flat whites in different (recommended) coffee bars in Faro and this one was by far the best! Finally someone who knows how to proper steam milk. Highly recommend.

They serve really good gelato. We tried lemon and pistachio; it was very good. Best place to cool down in the heat.
The gelato is really good, especially the pistachio! We had a combination of pistachio and lime&basil, ginger hibiscus and pineapple&mint, also pistachio and almond. The server was friendly. The only downside is that there is only 1 table with 2 seats inside to sit. There are outside tables but not ideal with drizzling weather outside. I would definitely recommend 😋

Top tier gelato. New flavours most days and also caters for vegans as a dairy free option. Top recommendations are white chocolate and cashew or lime and basil
Amazing gelato! I got the coconut gelato ice cream and it was the perfect amount of coconut flavor super milky and creamy ! Delicious thank you so much
Many vegan options but price is slightly more than other shops - one scoop is 3.20 euros 2 scoops 4.40 euros but nice sitting area outside
